Aoba Hopkins Information Management Ltd (“Aoba Hopkins”) provides both online and offline payment options for service subscription services. Customers may first choose a suitable subscription plan from our Service Subscription page, review the selected service in cart, and then proceed to checkout using the available payment methods.

On payment completion, email notifications will be sent to both the client and the system administrator for confirmation and follow-up processing. Confirmed subscriptions may also be amended or cancelled upon request, subject to Aoba Hopkins confirmation.

Online Payment Methods

We support secure online payment methods for subscription services through the website checkout process. Available online payment methods include PayPal and Stripe, subject to the payment options enabled at the time of checkout.

These online payment methods are suitable for customers who prefer a faster and more automated payment process. Once payment is completed successfully, the subscription order will be recorded in the system and a confirmation email will be issued.

Offline Payment Methods

We also support offline payment methods for customers who prefer manual payment arrangements. Available offline payment methods include PayMe, FPS using QR Code, and bank transfer.

For offline payment, customers may complete the service subscription request online and follow the payment instructions provided by Aoba Hopkins. Order confirmation and further processing will be handled after payment verification by our team.
